Space Rental
We Rent Our Two Parish Halls for Special Events
The Parish Hall at St. Paul’s Campus, with a legal capacity for 150 people, has a high ceiling and a buffet pass-through from the equipped kitchen, which can easily accommodate a caterer. We can provide tables and folding chairs. There is also room for a large tent to be erected in the beautiful garden outside double doors that open from the Hall. It is suitable for gatherings, celebrations, and performances. We have plenty of parking at our St. Paul’s campus. From time to time, we also rent out that parking for short-term events. Old Mill Singers, Girl Scouts, Alcoholics Anonymous, Weight Watchers and other groups have called the St. Paul’s Campus Parish Hall home for their regular meetings over the years. And it has provided the location to celebrate many weddings, baptisms, birthday parties and other life events.
Potter Hall at our Trinity Campus Located in downtown Ossining, the Hall has a high ceiling, and a buffet pass-through from the kitchen. We can provide tables and folding chairs. We also have a parking lot, and from time to time, have rented out our parking lot for short-term events. The Ossining Food Pantry and the Loaves and Fish Program are housed in Potter Hall.
Conditions for Rental
If you are interested in renting our space, please contact us at churchoffice@graceossining.org for more information about availability, fees, and other requirements. All such requests must be reviewed for approval and confirmation of space availability. We will consider requests for regularly scheduled use, such as weekly or monthly meetings, or for one-time events like anniversaries, birthdays, or performances. There is a charge for rentals and proof of insurance is required. Non-parishioners must have a recommendation for rental from a parishioner or approved community member as part of the request for use.
If the space is available, renters must provide a deposit with two signed copies of our rental agreement, including the proof of insurance. Final payment is due two weeks before the approved event. Your event is a confirmed reservation when you receive a copy of the signed agreement. Grace Church will consider special requests for space use for community events at reduced or no charge. Such requests must be approved by the Vestry (our governing body) and will require extra time for consideration. Please ask us with plenty of advance time.
